Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Grabbers Delivery mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Grabbers Delivery ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Service Area

Grabbers Delivery currently operates within selected cities in the Akkar region, Lebanon. Orders can only be placed for delivery addresses that fall within active delivery zones. We reserve the right to expand or adjust the service area at any time.

4. Ordering

• Orders are subject to availability of the selected business and its products.
• Prices displayed in the App are set by the businesses and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, unavailable item, address outside service area).
• Once a driver is dispatched, order modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

5. Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are approximations only and are not guaranteed.
• Delivery fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
• If you are unreachable at the time of delivery, the driver may attempt contact via phone. Undeliverable orders may be returned and you may still be charged.

6. Payment

Grabbers Delivery currently accepts cash on delivery as the payment method. Additional payment options may be introduced in future updates. You agree to have the exact amount or sufficient cash ready at the time of delivery.

7. Refunds & Disputes

If you received an incorrect, incomplete, or damaged order, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, credit, or refund. We are not responsible for quality issues caused by the business after handoff to the driver.

8. Driver Conduct

Our drivers are independent contractors. While we screen and verify all drivers, we are not responsible for their actions outside the scope of the delivery service. Any serious misconduct should be reported to us immediately.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading orders
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its servers
• Harass, threaten, or abuse drivers, business staff, or support agents
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or offers

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including logos, graphics, text, and software — is the property of Grabbers Delivery or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law, Grabbers Delivery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lebanon.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
